The Telecommunications Regulatory Board (ART) has officially launched the 139th International Labour Day festivities under the theme “Social Dialogue and Decent Work: For a Serene Cameroon.” Activities began in Yaoundé with an educational workshop on Leadership and Personal Development. Led by ART’s Ngba Ndo Virginie and experts from the John Maxwell Foundation, staff gained insights on time management, goal-setting, and teamwork.
ART staff also participated in a spirited fitness walk, reinforcing unity and well-being. Across other regions, similar activities highlighted the organization’s commitment to fostering professional growth and engagement. From skills workshops in Douala to roundtable discussions and fitness events in Garoua, the celebrations showcased ART’s dedication to dialogue, team spirit, and continued staff development.
